Policy

1.     Deletions or cancellations will be accepted without penalty more than 24hrs prior to the event.

2.     Deposits will be forfeited if order is cancelled less than 24hrs of event.

3.     The full amount of the rental charges is due at the time order delivered.

4.     The renter agrees to release and hold harmless the rentor for any, and all damages or injuries caused to any persons, property, materials, stock, or other things including attorney fees that may be incurred.

5.     Rentor shall not be liable for injuries or damages caused by fire, hail, rain, sleet, snow, high winds, tornadoes, while under, near or above the described property.

6.     The renter agrees to release and hold harmless of rentor, for damages caused to person or things falling over, or coming in contact with ropes, stakes, and/or supports of the above described property including attorney fees and other cost incurred.

7.     The renter agrees to release and hold harmless rentor for any damage or bodily injuries caused during use of any of equipment rented out by Good Vibez.

Customer Responsibilities

1.     Table/chair deliveries are only to door, dock, garage, or under tent which is immediately accessible to our truck/trailer.

2.     We are not responsible for underground sprinklers, electrical wires and tree roots or anything underground.

3.     A charge will be added for all items missing, damaged, or broken upon return.

4.     Customer is responsible for final site preparation before the set-up of rentals. Low branches must be trimmed, lawn removed, animal droppings removed, and underground utilities and sprinklers marked. These items need to be completed two days before delivery.

5.     Rentals are not to be moved, altered, or fastened to any building or object after set-up by rentor.

6.     Customers is responsible for protecting equipment in case of inclement weather i.e, don’t leave tables, chairs, blowers, etc out in the rain and cover equipment at night.

7.     There is an additional charge for equipment that is not ready for pick-up and in the same place in which it was delivered.

8.     We are not responsible for any bodily injuries that is occurred while using any of our equipment rented.

9.     The renter shall pay the rentor full compensation for replacement and/or repair of any equipment which

is not returned because it is lost or stolen or any equipment which is damaged and in need of repair to put

it into the same condition it was in at the time of rental, normal wear and tear excepted. The rentor’s

invoice for replacement or repair will be conclusive to the amount renter shall pay for

repair or replacement.

10.  The renter shall not remove the equipment from the address of the renter or the location shown herein as

the place of use of the equipment without prior written approval of the rentor. The renter shall inform the

rentor upon demand of the exact location of the equipment while it is in the renters possession.
