Does the price include set up and delivery?
Yes, but additional fees may apply certain areas.
Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes, although please keep in mind that pricing may vary with fuel fees included. Please contact for pricing
Does the standard 5hr rental include your set up time?
No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time requested.
When do you set up?
That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally, we arrive 1-3hrs before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day. We may need to set up as early as 4hrs in advance. If this is the case, we will call the day before to confirm that someone will be at the event location.
Do we have to keep inflatables plugged in the entire time?
Yes, while in use a blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That is why we require an outlet within 50ft of the unit or a generator. Long cords may pop your circuit breaker, so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
What payments do you accept?
Cash or credit cards (Paypal, cashapp, Venmo, Square) If paying cash please have exact change as our workers do not carry cash.
What if we need to cancel?
If you decide to cancel is less than 24hrs before your event for any reason including weather, your deposit will NOT be returned. If you call to cancel more than 24hrs before event, you will be given deposit back.
Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. We understand that seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over time. However, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety agreement (i.e food and trash inside inflatable) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit or blower etc. Please understand, we don’t want you or us to be in that situation, which is why we have you sign agreement form before use of equipment.
What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on grass (best for us and the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete (20.00 setup fee for asphalt/concrete). Sorry, we can't set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
